💸 Refund Policy

At NearaNavi, we strive to deliver a valuable experience for every business listed on our platform. Please review our refund policy before purchasing any paid listing or add-on service.

1. Free Listings

Our basic listing tier is completely free and does not require payment. No refund is applicable for free use of the platform.

2. Paid Listings & Add-Ons

All payments for premium listings (such as Basic Boost, Premium Spotlight, or Faith Partner Premium) and any flat-fee add-on services are non-refundable once the listing is live or the service has been delivered.

This includes:

  • Monthly listing fees

  • Promotional placement fees

  • Featured or category spotlights

  • Design or listing setup services (if applicable)

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription to a paid listing tier at any time. Your listing will remain active until the end of your billing period, but no partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

To cancel, please email us at info@nearanavi.com at least 3 business days before your next billing cycle.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that things happen. If you believe you were charged in error or have a unique situation, please reach out to us within 7 days of the charge. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
